What is the T.I.P. COMMUNITY Group? T.I.P. stands for Thrive Intensive Practice. In counseling and mental health, we know the most challenging moments for clients come in between sessions, especially when applying new tools and resources. We are all clients of the Great Counselor here. We are all learning, growing, changing, and long to be seen, heard, and with. The T.I.P. Community Group exists to practice deep community and group coaching in an ongoing, transformational way just for leaders and professionals. The TIP Community Group has a minimum commitment of 6 months (with the additional 6 months for hands-on mentorship, leadership, and launching your group). The pre-requisites for being a part of this group include: - You are an ordained, certified, or licensed professional (counselor, coach, therapist, teacher, social worker, pastor, etc). - You can demonstrate emotional regulation and the ability to participate in deep group conversations/experiences. - You are actively meeting with clients, church members, or adults (your ministry, organization, group, or business is established and moving forward). If you are just starting, the TIP Groups would be a short-term option for you while you grow. - You have training or experience in being a part of groups. Includes Interactive Appreciation, weekly check-ins, mastering your story through community and SO MUCH MORE! Experience and launch heart-to-heart groups for your area of practice!

This 6-week group experience will change everything! What if Christian counselors, mental health professionals, and pastoral care leaders had a place to simply hold space well for one another? What if you could experience simply receiving in a joy-fueled way that will completely change how you show up with your clients? Ready for more? The group is limited to 8 members.

TIP Groups meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month and practice a new skill every single month! Join an online community with discussion threads, courses and resources being added every month! Don't just learn, practice intentionally together!
